This pheasant was not as colourful as the last time I saw him, he looked rather worse for wear, now that the breeding season is over he no longer needs his highly colored plumage.

Yeh! A positive moment today. I’ve finally been discharged from the hospital infections clinic, they are pleased with my tortoise like progress and say I’m going in the right direction. I have to keep on best I can and as my strength allows, it’s such a slow slog!!
