thanks for your comments everyone. Yes, its a Fitbit fitness tracker. Just a basic one but it tells me how many steps I have done and amazingly how well I have slept!. You can also set yourself goals like how much water you drink and what you weigh. It also prompts you to get up and move every hour. @mrsbluesky hope you are going well with yours.
@happypat with the walking you do Pat I think you would enjoy it too
