as many mornings a week that I can I walk 4.5k. The first 20 minutes or so are up hill and some mornings the hill seems steeper than others. On busy weekdays around 8.30am this part of the road is very busy but on this occasion it was a quiet Sunday and I could enjoy the birdsong and fresh air.
