at Charlestown in Cornwall....just down the road from where we live. Lovely for a sunny afternoon wander....not too crowded at this time of year.....but still with lots of people enjoying eating and drinking out and sunbathing around the beautiful old harbour with its interesting ships.
@annied Thank you. Part of that lovely wall was destroyed during the Springtime gales, high winds and seas.....thy have laboured long and hard to replace several sections. All the water had to be pumped out and huge sea defences erected....it has taken months to complete.
@gijsje haha.....and don't I know it.....we made the big decision over 20 years ago.....gave up our safe jobs, sold our house, and just moved here.....never once have we regretted it...
