......under a dramatic sky.........this little river carving its way through the sand is the 'White River' so called as it winds its way down from Clay country (China Clay) and brings with it residue from its passage. The once busy harbour here was silted up very many years ago and fell into disrepair and eventual dereliction......it is a fabulous beach though !
Interesting how the river didn't manage to carve a straight line to the sea rather than moving parallel to it. But it makes a lovely scene. I like the dramatic clouds.
