........we have been making afternoon tea stands recently.......ready to sell for the Bank holiday and Queens Platinum Jubilee celebrations fast approaching......so we had some small tea plates left and thought of tea-for-one....or for someone on a diet who still loves a treat.......Bottom tier for tiny sandwiches, 2nd tier for mini scones with low sugar jam (on first) and low fat cream (on top), 3rd tier for a mini trifle or jelly or yoghurt and top cup for pure indulgence of little chocolates !!! There...job done :)
