Tuning up......

.....at Heligan Gardens this afternoon.....just waiting for rest of the band to appear......very hot afternoon...we were all wilting at the end of the second set......and Billy's voice gave out in the middle of 'Whisky in the Jar'.....he was Croakin' Billy Flynn !!

I remember my singing partner's voice disappearing half way through a song in the middle of a gig. I had to run solo after that while she just smiled, shrugged and played guitar!
