This is a shot of Teasel, an invasive species in Ohio. People use it as decorations, but it is not good for nature.

I didn't realise teasels were invasive. We don't see them here in Australia but I used to see lots of them when I lived in the UK.
Used to use them in floral arrangements too.

We have several dried teasel in a vase, lol! It’s something we don’t see here often. I’ll have to look back, I think I shared a shot last Fall. Better you’ve plucked this rather than left to it’s own devices in nature.
