Sunday morning and there is a police car and incident tape cordoning off a section of pavement outside The Black Horse. I have no idea what the incident was, or who it involved, but given that it happened outside licensed premises it probably was triggered by over consumption of alcohol :(
most of us have over indulged and lived to regret later at some time.
