I popped my head around the lounge door to see how the de-decorating was progressing and noticed that a cat was at the top of the tree! Yes, somehow one of my daughter's soft toys had mysteriously managed to ascend the tree...

@peadar I suspected that the dust was getting to my daughter, so I made the decision that we should take down the decorations.
Looking back on Facebook memories I seem to have made a similar decision most years :) Mind you the job is not complete yet, but should be by tomorrow. Just the tree to somehow fit back into its box...
