June 14: Waterfall in an old/new setting

This small waterfall is part of the landscaping for one of the buildings in my city. I liked several of the photographs I took of this waterfall and the stream of water leading from the waterfall to a pool of water. This photo was my favorite, because the building in the background looks like a favorite old building in my hometown. However, the building in the photo is a modern building. The perspective made this building look old. It is startling how different perspectives make things look different.
Gorgeous - looks so tranquil.

I like that you can just glimpse the building through the trees. A pretty scene Daisy.

Love this in black and white- and I agree about how different perspectives can change everything!

@paulaw @olivetreeann @paulaw Thanks. I was trying to avoid including the building, but I am glad I captured a little piece of the building in this shot.
