The next forthnight theme is "humanity". When I thought about this theme, I thought about what various parts of a person tell about that person. My son will soon be leaving for a several week long trip, so he will be my "guinea pig" for the next few days. I hurriedly took this shot of his smile before he took off on a day trip. The light was really poor, but I hope you can see his sweet smile. As his mother, I always think my son's smile is sweet. At least, he was sweet to hold still long enough for me to get a quick shot of him. The portrait genre is not my best photo genre, so please bear with me as I struggle through two weeks of BW photos of people. Hopefully, I will learn from this experience.
He does have a nice smile- and as his mom, you are allowed to always think the best of him! Good shot. I think you are going to do just fine with this theme.
