Flower Gone; Seed Here

The St. John Wort (at least, that is what I think it is called) has gone to seed. In the July 22nd photo, this plant was just beginning to bloom. This plant is a unique one that I planted in the flower garden.

Very pretty seed head if this is St John's Wort. Do you use in medicinally?

@maggiemae Thanks. No, I do not use many plants medicinally. However, one of my friends does. She makes salves, soap, and other products from plants.
