February 7: Beginnings of the ice storm

When this shot was taken, the ice storm was in its beginning stages. Drizzle and freezing drizzle had fallen. This shot is for the Flash of Red (BW challenge). The focus for February 4-10 is textures and patterns, especially patterns in the textures. P.S. Again, the light levels are low. The clouds make for gray days.
