These milkweed seeds will be blown by the wind and plant where they land. I find them all over and tend to leave them since they nicely attract butterlies.
When I first saw this I thought, where in he world did you find milkweed seeds at this time of the year? Then it dawned on me that you live in Florida! Daaa.
A butterfly brought me out into the yard, but the dog scared it away. The sunlight then attracted me to the delicate seeds waiting to be scattered. It was a challenge, for certain.
