Once more, the baby Mockingbird called me outside. I watched patiently until Mom appeared with dinner. She had brought a dragonfly. She allowed him to try to eat it, to no avail. Quickly, she snatched it back from him and showed him how to handle it, then fed it back into his mouth. He is such a spoiled little birdie.
