Artist at work

This weekend was the 22nd annual Lake Worth Street Painting Festival where several downtown streets are closed off and artists paint with chalk. Some of them are in 3D. I love to see the various methods the artists use to accomplish the task. Many of the drawings take 1-2 days to produce and the asphalt is unforgiving on the knees!
They are too talented to have their art work walked on

@pennystot People don't walk on them and the best are roped off, but then the streets are opened and either the cars or rain will wash them all away...

Love these type of events! Bet she's not going to want to use yellow in a piece for a long time! Love how you captured her in the corner with her feet up. I can only imagine how sore she is the next day.
