I'd sure like to do that. A little (or a lot) worn out over some deals lately. I THINK I got the nightmare one closed today. Will know in the morning when it funds. She tells me all have signed off, though the seller had cold feet until the last minute. So weird. The property is just down the street from where I took this photo.
