They are charming. Back East, where I grew up, they just call them "old houses". They are drafty and cold in winter and too hot with no air conditioning in summer. But I like how they consider them "historic" down south. But whenever I visit my home town, I find them to be quite photogenic though no one can seem to figure out why I am taking photos of them. I like the angle of your photo very much.
@mbrutus Thank you for your kind words. I do love Southern Charm! My son is trying to buy a very old house, so I hope it all turns out fine!! All the homes I sell have been built within the last 40 years (mostly).
