What a nice reflection...You don't have to evacuate do you? I don't think I could survive hurricane season every year but I love visiting in Feb-April. :)
@gardenfolk We are far away from the storm this year. Though the Atlantic is currently active with several storms, looks like Florida will not have one (right now). During my lifetime, I have experienced 2 direct hits (only one with the eye wall passing over) and 2 on the fringes. We have prepared a number of times, but not often. It will be interesting to see where Florence actually hits since hurricanes are very hard to predict. Even when it is hitting, they don't really know where it will go until it has been there. The forecasts are helpful to know the general area, but they always change course.
