A man from Lithuania came to Homestead (south of Miami) when he was spurned by his bride on their wedding day. All by his 5' 100 pound self, he built a "home" of limestone. On the other side of this building, are huge slabs of limestone that he mined from underneath the Florida soil. He built chairs, tables, beds...anything and everything. No one knows his secret. There is one vertical slab that weighs 30 tons...5 more tons than anything at Stonehenge.
