These are two Norwegian spruces I planted in our yard. During Covid, we decided to hold Christmas in July with our children. This way they didn't have to drive in potential wintery weather and we could be outside instead of cramped inside. I bought the tree in the foreground for our celebration and then planted it. We kept the Christmas celebration going the following summer and the further tree is from last year. This year there will be a third.
