Static Charge.

I found this one last remaining Dandelion standing tall in the garden yesterday - obviously making the most of the unseasonably warm weather for the time of year here.
I've placed it on top of some light and had a play around with the editing, it looked to me, like one of those electric spheres you touch that fires out the static created.
