OK, so this was one of the first shots taken using some extension tubes for the camera. He was found in the bath which was unfortunate for me as I would like to have captured him closer at eye level.
More experimenting is needed both with what particular lens would be better suited to this type of shot and also the settings needed on the camera.
All-in-all though I'm quite happy with how this fella turned out considering just how small he actually is!
