I’ve been enjoying watching over my friends cats when she and her hubby are gone from home on recent trips. She’s in heat and acting totally crazy. It takes time to get an appointment so they are patiently waiting till May.

@taffy she’s very funny and sweet and all over the place when she’s like this. I’ll likely take care of her and her sister again before she gets fixed. Hopefully she’ll be more mellow but I truly don’t mind.

@congaree she was in heat waiting for an appointment. Covid caused so much to take a lot longer. I love cats too. Have had so many over the years. Last one died almost 2 years ago and that was our end of pets. Way too costing especially when they get sick. Hope you’re doing well

@congaree Hi John, it’s great to hear back from you. I’m doing good. Talk about life flipping upside down. It’s like a bad nightmare. I don’t post often at all but will pop in and out as time allows. My hubby got prostate cancer in 2018 and my life revolved around that and to a point still does. We have changed our way of eating to more of a plant based way. Made a huge difference in his numbers and mine have have improved too. Smoke finally cleared out from the fires here in no calif. Tragic what’s been lost in property. I think about covid way too often. A highschool classmates hubby got it from a lady throwing up at the airport then in the plane he was on. He’s so sick in icu. She’s been able to recover from what she caught from her hubby at home. ERs packed here with unvaccinated people sadly. I got sick from both vaccines, the second kne worse. One day at a time it seems. Sending you hugs and wellness
