Another phone photo. I had my 4th weigh-in today and I lost 2.4 more pounds for a total of 11.2 in 4 weeks. So I'm kicking back and relaxing after a busy day.

For the most part, I have been super satisfied with the diet plan (the food has all tasted good)--I have struggled a few days with the cravings for certain things, but I'm determined to change certain habits that just don't work out for me in the end! I am approaching it like exercise: I don't do it because I should; I do it because I can.
@pamknowler You can do it! I know it's a struggle. I can't give up now that I know this actually works. WW is a really good tool, and it has 3 different plans to follow. Mine gives me less point flexibility but more 0 pt. foods. In the past, plans that eliminate things like potatoes, rice, whole wheat things were good until I started putting them back in my diet. This diet says these are all good things for me to use--so I can breathe a bit with it!
