Lovely visit to the botanical gardens today. I have no idea what this tree is, but there was a bee on the ball and I had to try to capture it. Anyone recognize this tree? Looks a bit like a lychee at first, but it's not that.
@mariaostrowski No Maria, this is just as close as I could get with my regular lens. I think the macro clip will need to be used on a tripod (if I can just find the piece that attaches camera to the tripod!). My clip is still in mail....can't wait to get it! :)
What a great shot, you might be interested to know that I used my macro clip today hand held for the very first time and it was fine, so if you can steady yourself pretty well which you obviously can you should be ok, I use the tripod when I am doing long exposures.
