Raclette, Fondue, Bokeh, and My Firefighter Ornament
My perfect Christmas Eve meal with Fondue and Raclette: Shrimp, Steak, Chicken, Potatoes, Peppers and Onions. Cheese and Baguette for the Raclette trays. Bokeh tree in background, priceless. My ever-present fireman ornament (hangs from my chandelier); he made us feel a bit safer between two Fondue pots filled with hot oil and a hot grill in the middle!
