A guy at the wedding where I was the "videographer" told me that if I went up on the 7th floor of the parking deck, I could get some great Atlanta skyline shots. And boy was he right. It was windy! The clouds were moving fast. Not the best focus but I think my tripod could not stay still enough with the wind. Love it regardless. Exhausted. Came home to a messy house and no one lifted a single finger to put up dishes, put away food (all spoiled), and I'm in a foul mood. But I like this photo. The tall circular building in the middle is the Westin Peachtree Plaza, which was one of the tallest hotels in the world at one point. And sorry, I put in two for ONS6 because this one had more famous buildings in it.
Wow! what a fabulous capture...love this and fav for me! I know just how you feel...heck, most of my days are like that....it sucks for sure! My great escape and feel good inspiration is found with my camera and this site!
@amandal I saw your gazebo shot first thing this a.m., and I think it's beautiful. Happy packing. I won't be commenting much. And I don't want you to do it here either! You are moving, and I'm trying to balance a crazy work schedule and home life (my husband has been working 16 hour days about 7 days a week--there's just no time!). I wish you the smoothest of transitions into your new home and with new schools. :)
