My photojournalism Hat was on today. 16 minutes of people on the ground, lifeless, with signs protesting anything from Trump, to Guns, to the NRA, to "Campus Carry" (legislation about to go into effect if Gov. does not veto). It was interesting to witness.
As I was taking photos, Donald Trump was making a speech at the NRA convention (Atlanta is the host to the annual meeting).
So I shot a lot of people today. Peacefully. With a Canon. Had to do it.
@888rachel protests all over the place. I can't keep up but the women's march in Jan sparked everyone into the realization that doing nothing means you get nothing. I hope that means something positive will result from such a negative 100 days.
@rosiekerr my dad, after his big hunting accident where he was shot by the guy hunting with him (thought he was a turkey or deer), decided he would shoot wildlife going forward only with a camera. Just as long as he was not a convincing turkey (with his caller), I was ok with it. Actually, I never was.
