Chicken Kofta Curry by darylo

Chicken Kofta Curry

Before I forget, here is the recipe:
https://ministryofcurry.com/wprm_print/9677

I only used 2 tsp of olive oil total. I also baked sweet potato slices, and I added spinach in the end. A dollop of yogurt and some Peruvian Green sauce are also of my own addition. The green sauce is the BOMB.

This entire meal is 4 WW pts. My portion was 2 pts.
Wow - this looks and sounds awesome!!!

I am drooling once again even after dinner. I make your green sauce frequently and had pumpkin seed tabouli in my lunch salad today

Now you can't say "green sauce is the BOMB" and not add the recipe. Seems you have shared it with Jane already . . .

@jyokota I posted it in 2017. I usually use green onion and garlic, and it has different versions.

So fo you, without garlic/oniin, I would do this:
One bunch cilantro (the whole bunch from store, rinsed well no need to destem. And keep them wet. Put cilantro in food processor, add lime juice of a good juicy lime, add a jalapeno pepper if you like spice or a mild pepper, and salt. Mix in the processor. If it's too thick, add water. Other additions can be an avocado to make it creamy. Some people use mayo. And a bit of olive oil is an option.

It is wonderful on everything :)

@darylo Thanks for the personalized tip! If I don't have a fresh pepper can I use a can of diced green chili peppers?
January 30th, 2021
@jyokota hmm, probably not a whole can, but another option is some red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper or indian red chili powder IF you want a little kick to it. You could easily use some of the canned chilis though (maybe a tablespoon of it?)
