I am officially kicking off week 3 of my WW plan. I did my weigh-in and I lost an additional 2.3 pounds last week, so that's 6.2 pounds in two weeks. I'm very pleased with almost everything I have eaten, and I am rarely ever hungry.
I thought today I would attempt another low point meal with whole wheat pasta, but I over cooked it some and the pasta is now too mushy for my tastes. I won't throw it out, but it made a pretty huge pot. The recipe called for it all to cook together, and I didn't listen to my inner chef voice saying, "hmmm, I think I should make the sauce and the pasta separately." But together I did it, and now I have so much (I was going to freeze some portions) that I don't want it.
That aside, I decided to make a photo of my 1 pt meal (the only point is the parmesan cheese--something I also have been avoiding, except in small doses). I'm a cheese addict, so this plan is all about keeping that part of my addiction in check--I do not plan on eliminating it from my life, that's for sure!
Well I have to say that you do an excellent job of presentation with your food photography! Your composition is almost always spot on. Congratulations on your achievement
@pamknowler I am on the purple plan which has so many 0 pt foods, you just have to be careful with portions. I literally scooped out my portion in a measuring cup so it would be 0 pts. Then I added the cheese for a point! It's working is all I know!
