Gorgeous flowers - I often marvel at where the knowledge to use things like the colours in the roots of this plant, originates from I know many of these things are centuries old and have been passed down for many generations, but I marvel at the original ideas person.
and toxic if you get the blood on you. We have been talking a lot about bloodroot the past week. It blossomed here and I don't have any but a friend has a yardful. This is a fantastic photograph. I've got to get me some!
