@milind This flower is commonly called a Black-Eyed Susan (Rudbeckia). There are tons of different varieties common to prairie lands in the USA.

This is very striking, crisp is the word and the position of the wasp is just so interesting. It's almost as if the wasp is a part of the flower's design or vice versa. A fav for me.
