It's that time of the year

In NZ, as we head into summer, all the schools are busily holding their athletics competitions. Many schools encourage kids to wear their house colours, and of course they nearly all run in bare feet!

I'm amazed that they are running in bare feet - I thought most parents would have bought the best running shoes! I would have to think that this was in a lower decile group of schools!

great action, I noticed when I visited NZ that the kids play outdoors a lot more than they do here. My 2 nephews were so into soccer that they were always outside playing.
