We had a picnic tea of fish and chips to celebrate New Year's Eve. Here is my brave man feeding the seagulls, so I could get a shot of the cheeky gulls eating out of his hand.
I've never seen this - actually from the hand! Its a great photo and very accurate - not that I would encourage this activity - there are too many of them!
Nice capture. Gulls make such good pictures don't they? But the greedy little beggars cause so much trouble that some local authorities have had to take tough action, and the council at Aldeburgh, which is famous for its gulls and its fish and chips, has posted notices warning of a £2,500 fine for feeding them. Expensive fish and chips!
Fabulous timing. gulls are so cheeky aren't they. I can remember Pop having a sandwich snatched out of his hand from a cheeky gull on the beach once.

Excellent timing with your trigger finger here. They can be very bold birds - I remember one swooping and grabbing a piece of cake out of my b.i.l.'s hand just as he was about to pop it in his mouth. Fav.
