The grass seed is in! by dide

The grass seed is in!

Today the maize paddocks were undersown with ryegrass seed. We have had a bit of rain and the ground is warm, so we should see things change fairly quickly. The maize stubble is left to rot so the soil doesn’t need to be tilled before the grass seed goes in.
I like seeing scenes like this and enjoyed reading your comments.
