On our way home from the weekend away, we drove through the small town of Paeroa. Paeroa is renowned for making its name for antique shops, but I found an lovely stall outside selling wooden toys. We had a hard time deciding which one to buy, as they were all so gorgeous. They are beautifully made, sturdy and completely child friendly, finished with cooking oil.
