I had time today to make bread. It is a family recipe and very simple. It is half wholemeal and half white flour and is a 'no knead' recipe.
I also made a very seed-filled gluten free loaf, but it didn't rise as I hurried it into the oven because lunch was fast approaching!
This looks so good. Home made bread was a lost art until Covid came along. Then last year so many people started making bread, our stores ran out of yeast and even flour.
I'd love the gluten free recipe as I've still not found one I'm real happy with
