Waitomo fog

I am really missing being not able to jump in the van and go away for the weekend, but I am enjoying being able to share some photos from the beginning of the year. Auckland is still locked in but in a few days we will be a bit more free. It is hoped the 90% vaccination rate in lots of areas will help curb the rapid spread.

Beautiful layers in the fog. I really hope that vaccination will help us coming out of this continuous drama. The first one and then delta and now omicron …we are still having a relatively moderate number of new daily contagions, but they are steadily increasing, thanks (!) to the no-vac who keep the virus circulate
