An image during one of the very heavy rain showers we had today. It was a great improvement on the last 24 hours of almost constant torrential rain in the Auckland region. We have had over 200 mm of rain and everything is sodden. We are lucky not to sustain any damage, unlike lots of people in the city where there was flash flooding causing the loss of three lives and one person still missing.
