Today we completed the second half of the Timber Trail. The ride wasn’t as tricky as yesterday, although overnight rain left areas of slippery clay and huge deep muddy puddles. The photo shows where early settlers built a tunnel as part of a spiral to bring logs out of the bush on a tram line. In fact, the last half of today we cycled downhill where the tramlines used to be. Again we saw beautiful native bush and enjoyed the company of our fun group.
