On my way home from work this afternoon I decided to take another back road, and I came upon this open field. For one thing the sky was quite nice at this time of the day, but I also admired the trees in this wide open field. I liked how they disappeared in the distance, going, going, going, gone. The farm is in the distance. you can see the silo. It was a beautiful Fall day,
Great shot Rick, I too like how the trees seem to fade out into the distance. Makes you wonder why those were left when the fields were cleared intitially.
A lovely landscape. The horizontal clouds and the vertical furrows make a beautiful composition. I love the placement of the trees and the mere suggestion of the farm in the distance. Very subtle and artistic.
