The Angler

I couldn't take it anymore. I pulled this friendly guy out of my closet and put him back on the shelf in my office. I am ready to go fishing, and this guy usually serves as a nice reminder that Spring is on its way. I ordered a fish net yesterday off Ebay to use as a wall decoration above my desk at work. I want to display some of my old reels and other fishing equipment, so I thought a net would serve as a good backdrop. I like to have things setting around and displayed in my office so when I am meeting with staff and doing annual reviews, we have something to talk about other than work. It helps to relax the mood a bit. Besides that, when I am stuck in the office doing all the busy paperwork, it helps when you have things like that to look at. By the way, thank you to all who have responded to my recent thread about my Brother's race car theme. To all who have stopped by the link to cast a vote,a big thank you. He is hoping to have his theme chosen. It would be so neat to see little Alyssa spot lighted like that. Have a great night.
