Stopped by the old fishing hole after therapy to enjoy some fresh air. The weather was bit cool, so there were no fishermen out tonight, but there were plenty of geese out walking about looking for some handouts. At one point a few came flying in across the lake, so I thought I'd wait a bit to see if I could capture one in flight. Well, it didn't happen. This guy seemed to be so fascinated with his reflection. He kept walking back and forth in the puddle, every so often reaching down, almost as though he was kissing himself. Everytime another one came close to the puddle he would stretch out his neck and honker away, warning them to stay clear. I guess he was truly wrapped up in himself.
haha! that is really funny!! guess he likes the way he looks...and that is a good thing! very nice shot!! that water is such a beautiful blue! i have yet to get a good shot of a goose one of these days :) HOPEFULLY!!
Oh, you shot a goose too! :) This is very beautiful! The water, the reflection, the light.... I like where his feet touch the water. Ha, great title, too!!
@clarissajohal The hand is coming along quite well. After my sixth PT session, the therapist is very impressed with the range of motion and strength I have regained. Probably this week they will begin more strengthening, and they are going to be working on the scar. I am well pleased, though I still must work on the fine motor details.
A FAV! I guess it's shows that we really do need to love ourself too. Thank you for posting this! It just made me smile today...something that I haven't done in awhile.
haha love this the reflection is awesome, i have a shot of a goose that looks like this one that looks like he's kissing his reflection i may have to put it in my extras album!
