It's easy to judge another, but I think the challenge would be to swap shoes for awhile, and travel a mile in their shoes, then step back and rethink your perspective. I think we are all guilty of this from time to time, but as we experience life and some of its trials and temptations, we come to the realization that we can just as easily find ourselves in some of the same uncomfortable situations that we were so quick to judge.
Great editing ...I think there is some saying about having troubles but yet not being willing to trade your troubles for someone else's...though it was said much better than I just explained it! I just sent searching for a quote to this effect, but instead found this game that is played with Sunday school groups or at camp or even with small groups of adults. It is called the "Trade Your Troubles Game," played to teach this lesson from 1 Peter 5:7: “Cast all your anxiety on Him because he cares for you."
I have no idea how you captured this photo at this angle, but it is simply perfect, especially in combination with your words, which I try to live every day. Every time I see someone less fortunate than me for any reason, all I can think is, "There but for the grace of God go I." A fav for me.
That is so true, but you know what, when it comes to judge myself I am a master in it. and I don't like it, is easy to judge others.
Your photo is so cool, the sensation of movement is very cool, and it looks like a giant walking
