Today was another rainy day, even more so than yesterday. I didn't have a good ride home today. Apparently something I ate today didn't sit too well with my Gallbladder. It wasn't a full blown attack, but it was close enough for me. One of these days it will come out. When I arrived home I had a cup of good warm water and had a couple swigs of Pepto then hit the sack until it calmed down. It passed, so then I realized I hadn't gotten a photo for today, so, here is one from yesterday from my walk. I know it's not from today, but I will cross that bridge tomorrow and get a new one. Now I must catch up with your postings and my comments.
I had gallbladder trouble while I was pregnant, but didnt know it, until I was 7 and half months along.. and then in one weekend I had two attacks and at midnight on the Sunday I operated on and they removed it.. Never had pain like that before... and never want it again..
Anyway I would get it out sooner rather than later..... that way you know you wont have another attack..
Feel better, Rick! Still have mine but hubby's came out many years ago and he's so glad it did. This b&w of the bridge is lovely...I look forward to seeing what's on the other side. Sleep tight!
You do these black & White shots so well Rick, it makes an old fence look so interesting ! I like the angle you have the bridge at too, we talked a bit about angles at class last night .
Great angle on this shot Rick. Now "build a bridge" and get over the fact that you didn't post a shot from today. It's OK; don't stress when not well. :D
This is really pretty, I would go exploring across this bridge! I'm sorry about your gall bladder, though. You probably need to get that checked out(?)
It doesn't bother me that the picture was taken yesterday- both today's and yesterday's deserved to be posted!! This is lovely, especially in b&w. Sorry to hear about the gall bladder. I have trouble with mine occasionally too. I watch my diet and it doesn't bother me too often now, but when it does, a natural remedy is to take about 3 T of sauerkraut brine. It tastes awful, but there's something in the brine that calms the acids in the gall bladder. A chiropractor/nutritionist gave this to me when I first experienced some problems. I am told it's vitamin U, but I'm no expert on these things. I just know it works for me. Hope you're feeling better today!
@digitalrn Uh-huh, that's what I figured...don't be naughty, go in and get yourself checked out. My mum went through the same thing and had hers removed.
The b/w processing makes the bridge's textures pop. I want to walk across this bridge and see where the path to the right takes me. I hope you are feeling better.
