I noticed the birds gathered in the tree, and just imagined being serenaded by their morning songs. The morning was cold and frosty, and the rising sun cast a lovely golden tone across the open, misty fields. I am so looking forward to another three day weekend. I hope you all enjoy your time off.

Beautiful composition. The color is wonderful. Enjoy your holiday and long week end. Unfortunately we have to go back to school on Monday, but I can't really complain; we do get 2 weeks off.
I missed this I guess in all my work to catch up on my project. This is sensational! The contrast of the dark limbs and light background but for the light to stay good in the whole photo....wonderful and an instant fav!
