The brief snow fall we had yesterday provided some delightful morning photos. The sun was just beginning to peek through the trees, and this favorite spot of mine always lights up so nicely in the early morning light, especially after a snow like we had yesterday. The air was a bit brisk with the temperatures in the mid 20's, but till noon time it was almost all gone.
That is just so pretty! I wish I'd had time to photograph the Bushkill today- it would have looked a lot like this. They say there may be more flurries on Saturday. Maybe then... This is lovely.
this is REALLY pretty rick! i love how that bit of ground that leads out into the creek is covered in white like that..and those branches are holdings snow so lovely. And the shine on the water is gorgeous! lovely winter shot!
My first thought when I saw this photo was fire and ice. I love the contrast of the warm golden pink glow on the water from the sunrise compared to the cold blue tones of the snow. And I just plain love snow and the snow on the trees made me happy. This was an instant fave for me for those reasons and many more.
