This poor sunflower has seen its better days, and as the end of the season approaches, these once bright eyed sunflowers are giving in to Fall's powerfull grip. I am posting a little early tonight as it is time once again for my monthly staff meetings, so I will be back at work in a bit, and won't get home till about 1:30am. I will catch up in the morning. Have a great night.
Rick, I came back to 365 just for a visit to see your photo tonight and I had to search for it. You did not disappoint. This is stunning! I haven't found my way back yet, and I'm still trying to decide whether I will. My husband doesn't want me to because it just eats up so much time. But I miss it so much.
@lauriehiggins Well Laurie, I really appreciate you looking up my photo. I too gave it some serious thought about returning, because my time off was so useful, and I made the decision to go lighter this time. If I cannot get to it one day, so be it. I am trying to be more sensible this time around, but it does take a lot of time. You need to do what is best, so if indeed you decide not to, please drop me a line once and awhile to keep in touch. Life has been good, hope the same is true on your end. Best wishes.
@digitalrn I will definitely stay in touch, Rick! Life is good, but kind of full lately. I really do miss taking photos though. It made me appreciate the beauty God gave us to enjoy every day. I know you feel the same way. I'm glad to hear that you and your family are doing well.
I'm slowly catching up.
